On-chain records contain certification reference numbers, asset identifiers, and summary certification data. Personal information about asset owners is not encoded on-chain without your explicit consent.

We retain certification application data and supporting materials for the duration of the certification and for a period of seven years following expiration or revocation, to support legal and regulatory compliance.
