2. About AxioTerra

AxioTerra is a certification standards body issuing the AxioTerra Standard for real-world asset valuation. The Standard is powered by proprietary AI methodology developed by Lucid Tech LLC, protected under US Patent Application 19/680,696 with all 20 claims allowed as of August 2026.

AxioTerra certifications represent the independent, multi-expert collective assessment of asset value at a specific point in time. Certifications are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future value.

3. Certification Limitations

AxioTerra certifications are informational outputs based on available data, verified expert assessments, and AI synthesis at the time of issuance. A certification is not a guarantee, warranty, or representation of actual value, title, legal status, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Certification holders and third parties relying on AxioTerra certifications must conduct their own independent due diligence before making any financial, legal, or investment decisions. AxioTerra and Lucid Tech LLC are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on certification outputs.

Certifications may be revised, suspended, or revoked if material new information comes to light after issuance. AxioTerra reserves the right to update any certification output upon discovery of material error or changed conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and certification outputs, is the property of Lucid Tech LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

The AxioTerra name, wordmark, logo, and certification mark are trademarks of Lucid Tech LLC. Unauthorized use of any AxioTerra marks is prohibited.

The AI-powered multi-expert synthesis methodology underlying AxioTerra certifications is subject to US Patent Application 19/680,696. Use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of the patented methodology without a license from Lucid Tech LLC is prohibited.

5. Use of the Site

You may access and use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site; (b) use the site or its outputs for any purpose that violates applicable law; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AxioTerra certification methodology; (d) misrepresent the meaning or scope of an AxioTerra certification; or (e) present an AxioTerra certification as a guarantee, endorsement, or investment advice.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all content and services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid Tech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any certification, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
